We are evolving into a RegTech Business Services platform, and this senior role reports directly to our CEO with a broad mandate to shape our technology future.
This is a hybrid role based in London EC4R with a competitive salary of £170,000+ plus a 20% performance‑related bonus and excellent benefits, including:

Requirements
We need deep expertise in cloud architecture across AWS, Azure, or GCP, including large‑scale, resilient system design and frameworks such as Well‑Architected. We need strong experience in Enterprise Architecture, solution design, and delivering complex technology transformations at scale. We need proven capability in modern engineering practices, including containerisation, CI/CD pipelines, Agile delivery, and code quality tooling. We need a strong understanding of data platforms, visualisation, and product management principles, with the ability to translate market and technology trends into compelling roadmaps. We need experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and/or Dynamics 365, e‑learning platforms, and data‑led or information services environments.
