Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery and governance of the Change Management process across the CWA, ensuring compliance and consistency.
- Manage the complete lifecycle of change from SZC directions and instructions through to compensation events, recovery plans and contingency drawdowns.
- Coordinate interrelated changes across sections to maintain programme and cost integrity.
- Configure and leverage Oracle Primavera Unifier to track, report and manage all change activities.
- Develop dashboards, metrics and reporting tools that provide visibility of change performance and trends.
- Support strategic decision‑making by integrating cost, time, risk and contract constraints.
- Champion HSE and Nuclear Safety as embedded principles in every change decision.
- Promote Digital Engineering tools and processes, establishing integrated systems linking BIM data with schedule and budget.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with our Client, acting as a strategic advisor.
- Develop high‑performing teams and drive capability development across the alliance.
- Protect the integrity of our cost and programme envelopes.
