- Preferred experience with IAM, IGA, cybersecurity, or ITAM.
- Preferred experience on global or multi-region programmes.
- Preferred change certification such as Prosci or APMG.

- Lead change across two global programmes: IAM/IGA rollout and ITAM transformation.
- Drive business readiness, engagement, and adoption across a multi-region organisation.
- Manage multiple concurrent change workstreams.
- Deliver change impact assessments.
- Develop stakeholder engagement and communications plans.
- Support business readiness activities and training delivery.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful adoption.
