We are looking for a seasoned software engineer with experience in developing, modifying and optimising industrial automation systems. We require hands-on experience with PLC programming. We would ideally like experience or understanding of robotics automation technology such as ABB or Omron. We need someone with a strong background in troubleshooting and resolving automation and control system issues remotely and on customer sites. We require the ability to support testing of automated machinery. You must hold a full UK driving licence and be willing to travel across various UK sites. Knowledge of SCADA or HMI development is desirable. Exposure to industrial networks is desirable.
