Requirements:
- Previous experience working at a senior level within an ICT environment, preferably within a Local Authority or Public Sector organisation.
- A proven background in delivering multiple concurrent IT or systems projects, working with senior stakeholders in complex environments.
- Experience managing budgets and resource allocation across projects.
- Strong knowledge of project and programme management methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile and MSP.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of IT and information systems projects.
- Lead projects through the full lifecycle from initiation to completion.
- Analyse business requirements and support the delivery of appropriate IT solutions.
- Oversee programme resource planning and budget management.
- Produce regular programme status reports.
- Provide PMO support and direction to Project Analysts.
