We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager with proven end‑to‑end ERP implementation delivery experience. We require strong project management leadership experience and the ability to lead complex programmes from initiation through implementation. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience is strongly preferred, although other ERP platforms will be considered if delivered end to end. We require substantial ERP experience; short‑term, single‑module, or support‑only experience will not be suitable. We need someone who is willing and able to attend our office when required for workshops and key programme activities. Experience in charity or not‑for‑profit organisations is desirable. Experience within social housing or similar values‑led sectors is desirable. Exposure to early‑stage programme setup and procurement activity is desirable. We are looking for a delivery‑focused Project Manager rather than a technical or developer profile.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of a complete ERP programme from initiation through to implementation.
- Manage early‑stage activities including advisory engagement and system integrator selection through RFI and RFP processes.
- Provide strong leadership across stakeholders, governance, and delivery planning.
- Run and support workshops and key programme sessions.
- Help shape the programme at the start of the transformation journey and support progress through major milestones.
