Requirements:

  • We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow professional with one or more of the following disciplines: ServiceNow Developer, ServiceNow Technical Architect, Technical Business Analyst, or ServiceNow Functional Consultant.
  • Experience in ServiceNow configuration, customisation, scripting, integration, platform or solution design, and ITSM-led delivery.
  • Experience working within regulated, secure, and high-assurance environments.
  • Comfortable supporting delivery across the full lifecycle, from requirements and design through to build, integration, and optimisation.
  • Experience in Government, Defence, Policing, or wider Public Sector programmes is preferred.
  • Active DV clearance is likely required for technical roles, while SC clearance may be relevant for some BA and delivery roles, subject to final requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Align to current and upcoming ServiceNow delivery opportunities across secure Government and Defence environments.
  • Contribute to ServiceNow platform delivery in roles such as Technical Architect, Technical Business Analyst, and Platform Architecture.
  • Support ITSM-led programmes and wider service management transformation.
  • Work across the full delivery lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, build, integration, and optimisation.
  • Operate within restricted, high-assurance environments and follow delivery approaches aligned to security constraints.
  • Collaborate with our specialist community and support knowledge sharing across Defence, Government, Policing, and wider Public Sector programmes.
