We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional with capability in one or more of the following disciplines: ServiceNow Developer, ServiceNow Technical Architect, Technical Business Analyst, or ServiceNow Functional Consultant. We require experience across ServiceNow platform delivery, including configuration, customisation, scripting, integration, platform or solution design, and ITSM-led delivery.
We are looking for candidates who are comfortable operating within regulated, secure, and high-assurance environments. We value experience supporting delivery across the full lifecycle, from requirements and design through to build, integration, configuration, and optimisation. We require familiarity with Defence, Government, Policing, or wider public sector environments. Active DV clearance is likely to be required for technical roles, with SC clearance relevant for some BA or delivery roles, subject to final requirements. We expect the ability to work within restricted environments, with a significant on-site presence likely required. We are seeking professionals who can align to current and upcoming demand across ServiceNow platform delivery.
