- Direct experience working on Finance and/or HR system implementation projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Experience leading and engaging individuals and teams to deliver requirements quickly and effectively, including holding others accountable for their responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex information to varied audiences, build trust, manage expectations, influence at all levels, and work autonomously.
- Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work accurately, manage ambiguity, and adapt to change.
- Ability to collaborate across multiple projects and connect workstreams as needed.
- Knowledge of project and programme management methodologies such as APM or MSP.
- Prefer experience working in a regulatory or governmental organisation.

Responsibilities
- Identify and manage stakeholder relationships at all levels, both internally and externally, to support critical delivery decisions.
- Lead elicitation and evaluation of requirements across current and target states, identify opportunities for improvement, analyse the impact of change, and define success measures.
- Document conceptual models to support strategic planning and decision making.
- Research and analyse how business areas operate across people, organisation, processes, information, data, and technology.
- Define and assure analysis artefacts.
- Work with external suppliers and technical teams to ensure new systems meet user, business, and technical needs and align with organisational goals.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues, influence stakeholders, and manage relationships effectively.
- Advise on business scenarios and develop acceptance criteria so requirements can be traced to system functionality.
- Support data migration strategies by analysing data requirements for new systems.
- Translate analysis artefacts to support procurement processes.
- Support project teams and the wider analysis community through learning, development, coaching, and mentoring to embed good analysis practice.
