Requirements

Responsibilities
- Delivering end-to-end testing across projects and service releases.
- Design, develop, and execute test cases, scripts, and regression packs using structured methodologies.
- Conduct functional, systems, integration, regression, load and stress, and user acceptance testing.
- Support testing activities related to a bespoke Microsoft Dynamics 365 system.
- Work closely with Agile delivery teams and participate in ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
- Specify and develop business process test scenarios to improve user outcomes and efficiencies.
- Record, analyse, and report test results, defects, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Maintain defect registers and ensure traceability between requirements and test cases.
- Support quality management and assurance activities, including audits and compliance checks.
- Collaborate with teams to develop and improve testing standards, processes, and tools.
- Provide specialist QA advice across IT services and project teams.
- Assist with supplier evaluation and tender processes where required.
