  • A formal Business Analyst qualification is valued.

  • Experience working with Agile, PRINCE2, or similar delivery methodologies would be useful.
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships.
  • Ability to ask the right questions, challenge constructively, and translate complex or unclear requirements into clear documentation.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently with limited hand-holding.
  • Ability to understand business problems and turn them into practical, deliverable solutions.

  • Map out As-Is and To-Be processes and help shape better ways of working.
  • Run discovery sessions with internal teams and gather business information.
  • Document processes, produce requirements, and create use cases and user stories.
  • Support the development of prototypes or storyboards where needed.
  • Work with project teams to ensure solutions align with business needs.
  • Contribute to testing activity, including creating test plans and supporting business users through testing phases.
  • Help translate business challenges into practical solutions that technical teams can deliver.
  • Provide clear recommendations for process and business improvements.
  • Act as the bridge between the business and technology teams.
