We are looking for students studying IT, Computer Science, or a similar tech-related degree. We need strong attention to detail and good communication skills, as you will share feedback regularly. You should be comfortable following instructions and working through tasks independently. You must be able to work full-time for the full 7-week period.
Responsibilities:
- Help test how new processes work in Salesforce.
- Follow step-by-step instructions created by our IT team.
- Test different processes to check whether they work properly.
- Spot anything that does not make sense or could be improved.
- Provide clear feedback on issues such as too many steps, unclear or missing information, and overly technical wording.
- Record results and help retest fixes.
