We are looking for students studying IT, Computer Science, or a similar tech-related degree. We need strong attention to detail and good communication skills, as you will share feedback regularly. You should be comfortable following instructions and working through tasks independently. You must be able to work full-time for the full 7-week period.

Responsibilities:

  • Help test how new processes work in Salesforce.
  • Follow step-by-step instructions created by our IT team.
  • Test different processes to check whether they work properly.
  • Spot anything that does not make sense or could be improved.
  • Provide clear feedback on issues such as too many steps, unclear or missing information, and overly technical wording.
  • Record results and help retest fixes.

We are hiring 6 students for a temporary 7-week summer tech role based fully office-based in Coalville near Leicester, working Monday to Friday. This is a paid opportunity at £20 per hour, starting Monday 29th June and running until Friday 28th August. You will join a well-known brand undergoing a major digital transformation as we move our systems to Salesforce. This role offers hands-on experience with Salesforce, practical exposure to testing, problem-solving, and process improvement, and a chance to build meaningful experience for your CV.
