Responsibilities
- Provision and configure Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, and UC collaboration systems.
- Configure AV peripherals including cameras, microphones, soundbars, displays, and room controllers.
- Apply network settings such as IP addressing, firmware updates, and device naming.
- Test systems to ensure reliable audio, video, and network performance.
- Produce and maintain accurate technical documentation, including IP and MAC records and configuration notes.
- Support installation, programming, commissioning, and project teams throughout project delivery.
- Attend reactive service calls to diagnose and resolve issues with AV systems.
- Assist customers with system setup and operation queries when required.
