Requirements

  • 1st or 2.1 degree in computer science or a similar discipline, ideally with a relevant postgraduate degree.
  • Extensive demonstrable experience as a software engineer, with the confidence and capability of a senior-level individual contributor.
  • Proven experience architecting, developing, and maintaining production software for scalable AI applications.
  • Hands-on coding skills across a broad range of technologies, including C++ and/or C#.
  • Familiarity with Python.
  • Specific experience developing robust APIs with AI integration.
  • Understanding of security and compliance requirements for industrial software applications.
  • Experience working with structured and unstructured data for ML-guided inference.
  • Comfortable with technical leadership and project ownership.
  • Ability to understand software problems across different technology stacks and version-specific language environments.
