- Significant experience in UK Financial Services.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS Bedrock Agents, Knowledge Bases, and model lifecycle management.
- Strong grasp of foundation models, RAG, tool use, and the failure modes of agentic workflows.
- Deep knowledge of NIST AI RMF, OWASP LLM Top 10, and UK/EU financial regulations, including FCA and DORA.
- Proven ability to build measurement frameworks for drift, memorisation, and adversarial robustness.
- Expertise in automated adversarial testing and evaluation at scale.
- Ability to bridge the gap between complex AI engineering and rigid regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Build and scale our Safety & Trust engine for our agentic AI ecosystem.
- Serve as the technical lead ensuring our AWS Bedrock‑based agents meet FCA Operational Resilience, DORA, and EU AI Act Article 15 compliance standards.
- Implement adversarial testing tools such as Garak, Pyrit, and AgentDojo directly into our CI/CD pipelines with automated release gating.
- Operate a firm‑wide evaluation platform to measure success rates, uncertainty, hallucination, and bias across all non‑deterministic systems.
- Map OWASP LLM Top 10 and agentic threats to technical controls.
- Manage AWS Bedrock Guardrails and Knowledge Bases.
- Own the AI‑BOM to ensure supply chain integrity, signed artifacts, and drift monitoring.
- Produce technical documentation and robust testing evidence required for EU AI Act Article 15.
