Requirements

  • Proven production‑grade experience shipping LLM‑powered systems with clear, real‑world examples.
  • Hands‑on experience building AI agents, including tool use, orchestration, multi‑step reasoning, and effective RAG systems.
  • Strong Python skills and solid machine learning foundations, with the ability to write clean, production‑grade code.
  • Strong understanding of system design principles and LLM/ML trade‑offs.
  • Experience deploying solutions across AWS, GCP, or Azure using modern engineering practices.
  • A product mindset focused on impact, adoption, latency, cost, and usability.
  • Likely to hold a Masters degree or higher in a mathematical, scientific, or computer science discipline.
  • Senior and lead‑level candidates should demonstrate strong ownership, mentoring ability, and end‑to‑end project delivery experience.
  • Background in SaaS, B2B AI products, or large‑scale AI transformation is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build AI agents and agentic workflows using LLMs, RAG, reasoning, memory, and tool orchestration to solve complex business problems.
  • Own delivery end‑to‑end from initial exploration through production deployment, integration, and ongoing iteration.
  • Work with MCP‑style architectures such as FastMCP or FastAPI, and frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph, to build reliable and scalable systems.
  • Integrate AI into products, APIs, and core business workflows with attention to latency, cost, and practical usability.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure systems are observable, maintainable, and built to last.
  • Drive complete workflows and projects from brief through to delivery at senior and lead level.
  • Mentor others naturally and contribute to raising the technical standard across the team.
  • Build serious AI systems that operate at genuine scale within a global business.
