Responsibilities:
- Maintain the smooth operation of supply chain processes
- Handle various tasks related to inventory management
- Ensure equipment maintenance and quality control
- Manage incoming technical support incidents and requests
- Keep track of personal call queue and ensure timely closure
- Communicate updates to customers effectively
- Resolve calls ranging from simple password resets to complex server queries
- Escalate calls to the 3rd Line Team when necessary
- Collaborate closely with a skilled team of Engineers
- Provide excellent customer service in all interactions
- Work with internal teams such as 3rd Line Technical Delivery Teams, Development, and Projects
- Perform software builds/re-builds on PCs and laptops as necessary
- Fix hardware faults and install upgrades to client hardware
