We are looking for a talented 2nd Line Support Engineer with a background in IT support. We need experience supporting Windows Servers, Microsoft Windows, networking, and cloud environments. We require knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewalls. We value experience with Intune and Microsoft Azure. We are looking for someone familiar with ServiceNow and Jira Service Management. We prefer candidates with experience in networking, patch management, and system updates. We require the ability to work early and late shift patterns. The successful candidate must be willing to obtain SC clearance and, due to the nature of the role, be able to obtain it.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands‑on technical support across a broad range of infrastructure and end‑user environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated incidents and more complex technical issues.
  • Monitor systems and maintain service availability.
  • Carry out patch management and system updates.
  • Support new services as they transition into live operations.
  • Assist 1st Line Engineers and help maintain consistently high service standards.
  • Collaborate with vendors and third‑party providers to resolve issues.
  • Contribute to high‑security projects in a fast‑paced environment.
