Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience supporting both macOS and Windows environments in a 2nd/3rd line capacity
  • Skilled in supporting and administering Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
  • Experience administering device management platforms such as Jamf Pro or Microsoft Intune
  • Confident troubleshooting complex issues, working independently and across multiple client environments
  • Scripting in Bash or Python, with PowerShell as an advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent IT support and consultancy to a diverse client base across various sectors
  • Take ownership of complex 2nd and 3rd line issues within Apple and Windows estates
  • Utilize enterprise-grade tools including Jamf Pro, Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365
  • Contribute to automation, documentation, and build processes
  • Work with multiple client environments to broaden technical depth
