The Scrap and Waste Management CI Process Engineer is responsible for driving the reduction of waste and scrap across the Siva production sites. The postholder will diagnose waste and scrap issues, generate and implement improvement plans, and develop robust, standardised processes. The role works across production areas and teams to embed best practice and ensure the long-term sustainability of waste reduction initiatives across the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, monitor, and continuously improve the closed-loop film cleaning operation.
- Ensure 24/7 production.
- Ensure stable operation, material quality, and compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Identify process improvements to maximise recovery rates and minimise downtime, losses, and contamination.
- Develop, maintain, and standardise operating procedures related to the film cleaning process.
