We’re looking for a Master Scheduler to take ownership of production planning across our flexible packaging operations. This isn’t your typical planning role. Right now, planning is largely focused on inputting orders and issuing schedules. We’re ready for the next step, and we need someone who can take full control of the plan itself, who can make it realistic, capacity-driven and built to deliver.
What you will be responsible for:
- Owning and managing the master production schedule
- Aligning production across extrusion, print, lamination, and slitting
- Identifying and controlling bottlenecks (especially print)
- Ensuring all orders are planned to meet customer delivery dates
- Reducing firefighting and bringing structure, clarity, and control to planning
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in production planning or scheduling
- Background in manufacturing (flexible packaging or similar preferred)
- Strong understanding of capacity planning and constraints
- A confident communicator who can challenge, influence, and drive decisions
Why this role matters:
This is a high-impact position with real ownership. You’ll play a key role in shaping how production runs.
If you’re ready to take ownership and make a tangible difference, we’d love to hear from you. Please send your CV to: janis.freibergs@sivagroup.co.uk
