We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive operator to take ownership of coordination across multiple companies and workstreams. This is not an admin role. This role sits at the centre of the business — ensuring operations, invoicing, suppliers, banking, and reporting all run smoothly and nothing gets missed.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Managing and tracking multiple operational workstreams across the companies
  • Acting as the central point of coordination between operations, suppliers, and external partners
  • Owning day-to-day invoicing flow (raising, checking, sending, and filing)
  • Coordinating supplier invoices, payments, and system inputs
  • Maintaining key trackers (transport, stock, invoicing, reporting)
  • Supporting banking processes including payment runs, reconciliations, and funding interactions
  • Liaising with banks, insurers, auditors, and third parties when required
  • Supporting monthly, quarterly, and year-end processes (coordination, not accounting)
  • Chasing actions and ensuring deadlines are met across all areas
  • Identifying issues early and driving them through to resolution
What we’re looking for:
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive — you don’t wait, you chase and close things out
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of daily activity alongside longer-term tasks
  • Strong communicator across teams and external partners
  • Confident with Excel and systems (Sage experience helpful but not essential)
  • Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or a fast-paced SME environment preferred
Most importantly: you take ownership and get things done. What you’ll get:
  • £40k base + up to £5k bonus
  • High level of responsibility and visibility
  • Opportunity to grow into a broader operations/office management role
What this role requires:
  • Someone who is comfortable with detail and volume
  • Someone who can juggle daily tasks while keeping control of bigger processes
  • Someone who takes responsibility for follow-up — not just task completion

If you thrive on ownership, pace, and execution, send your CV to janis.freibergs@sivagroup.co.uk
