Now, we’re embarking on an exciting new chapter—launching a brand-new telesales outreach call centre—and we’re looking for the right leader to make it happen. Leading the launch of a new telesales call centre from the ground up Implementing the full tech stack, including CRM platforms like HubSpot Recruiting, training, and mentoring an initial team of telesales agents Designing call scripts, sales workflows, and performance KPIs Proven experience in setting up or leading successful telesales or call centre teams Strong knowledge of sales operations and CRM tools (HubSpot experience preferred) A hands-on leader with a proactive approach to building processes and teams Comfortable managing contact databases and driving call volumes Exceptional communication, coaching, and team-building skills
