General

Working hours: 9 – 5.30. Except when on the early shift. The early shift runs from 8 – 4.30 and the engineers share this on a rota basis. There may be times when out of hours work is required but this will be agreed with the engineer prior to being booked in.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Technical Ability:

  • A keen interest in IT but no technical knowledge necessary, we will deliver the necessary training. However, a candidate would be preferred if familiar with:
  • Microsoft Windows OS
  • Mac experience useful
  • Basic network troubleshooting
  • Outlook
  • Microsoft Windows Server

Role:

  • Taking first line support queries from our base of 150 customers, businesses ranging from 1 - 60 people.
  • Provisioning IT equipment and software – PC’s, routers, wifi, printers, new users, Office 365.
  • Going out onsite to install and configure necessary equipment and software.

Salary: £16,000 - £22,000 pa
