The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 Β£ per year.

Working hours are 9 – 5.30, except when on the early shift, which runs from 8 – 4.30. The engineers share this on a rota basis. There may be times when out of hours work is required, but this will be agreed with the engineer prior to being booked in.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • A team player happy to help out at any level of the business.
  • A keen interest in IT; no technical knowledge necessary as training will be provided. Familiarity with Mac is useful.

Role:

  • Taking first line support queries from our base of 150 customers, businesses ranging from 1 - 60 people.
  • Provisioning IT equipment and software – PCs, routers, Wi-Fi, printers, new users, Office 365.
  • Going onsite to install and configure necessary equipment and software.
