Responsibilities
- Strategic leadership to support business growth
- Facilitate requirements and CRM vision in client workshops, interviewing stakeholders to align to business outcomes
- Analyze client requirements and design solutions and architecture using Dynamics 365 and related technologies
- Plan projects to deliver business transformations enabled by Dynamics 365
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 and related technologies, mentoring the team to maintain high-quality standards
- Test and document solutions to ensure they meet requirements
- Support implementation and execution of strategic projects
- Contribute to a collaborative culture, achieving high client referenceability
Personal Skills & Experience
- Degree educated (preferable)
- Minimum 3 years of Dynamics 365 project experience
- Recent Dynamics 365 certification
- Preference for SME project and some presales experience
- Ability to analyze requirements, design and configure Dynamics 365/CRM features
- Customer‑oriented, strategic thinker with business insight
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal and team collaboration skills
- Highly organized, capable of meeting deadlines and managing others
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Self‑learner and self‑motivated to keep current with updates
- Interest in teaching and sharing knowledge
- Long‑term client, contact and partner relationship development skills
- Positive, innovative and entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong written communication skills
