We’re delighted to be searching exclusively for an ambitious, talented marketing professional ready to take the next step and make a real impact. You’ll join a growing organisation where marketing is genuinely valued, reporting into a brilliant, supportive Head of Marketing who is invested in your development. The organisation has recently been through significant change, and you’ll play a key role in its future success. You’ll be part of a busy, fun marketing team and, as a digital whizz, you’ll enjoy getting stuck into Google Analytics, digital advertising, and Meta for Business to drive performance through data and insight. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves all things marketing and is looking for a challenging, exciting new role.
The job:
- Deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Optimise digital activity across email, social, PPC, display, and paid media
- Analyse performance and demonstrate ROI using Google Analytics
- Maintain and optimise website content and user journeys
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
- Support events and campaigns when required
The person specification:
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on WordPress (or similar CMS) experience
- Confident with analytics, data, and reporting
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion
Salary and benefits:
- Salary is up to £35,000 per annum depending on experience
- 30 days leave including bank holidays
