We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Interim HR Director to lead and enhance the HR function for a client in south Wales. This role requires both strategic expertise and a strong ability to develop and improve HR operations, ensuring best practice across the organisation.

This role requires strong leadership, direction, and oversight to ensure HR operations are working effectively. You will be leading a hardworking HR team who need clear guidance, structure, and a strategic approach to drive improvements. With a workforce of around 700 employees, we need a confident HR leader who knows what good looks like and can ensure the HR operations are efficient, robust, and aligned with best practice.

  • A decisive and supportive leader who can provide the HR team with clear direction.
  • Pragmatic, results-driven, and confident in driving meaningful change.

Salary: The role is likely to be for 6 – 12 months, potentially longer/permanent. Salary is negotiable based on skills and experience.
