We are seeking a proactive and analytical FP&A Analyst to join a driven and talented finance team on a temp-to-perm basis. Initially, the role will have a narrow scope, focusing on immediate priorities, but it will expand significantly in a permanent capacity. The ideal candidate will be skilled in financial analysis, forecasting, and data presentation, with a keen eye for leveraging technology to improve efficiencies. The job Financial Forecasting and Budgeting – Develop accurate financial forecasts and long-term financial plans that align with the company\’s objectives. – Monitor and analyze variances, providing actionable insights to the leadership team. Strategic Planning Suppor t – Deliver financial modelling and scenario analysis to support business strategies and investment decisions. – Assist in evaluating the financial impact of key business initiatives and growth opportunities. Data Visualisation – Enhance the presentation of financial information through advanced data visualisations and clear reporting. – Prepare dashboards and reports to communicate key metrics to stakeholders effectively. Process Efficiencies – Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes using technology. – Implement and maintain tools or systems to enhance data accuracy and process automation. The person specification Proven experience in FP&A or a related finance role. Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
