We are delighted to be working exclusively with this growing digital transformation business based in Cardiff in helping them find a talented and results driven Marketing Executive for this brilliant content driven role. We are looking for a creative and detail focused Marketing Executive to support the existing marketing team across a wide range of activities. This varied position will involve content creation, campaign delivery, website updates, reporting, and internal communications.
As the newest member of the team you will help execute multi-channel campaigns, produce engaging written content, coordinate internal updates, and support marketing processes to ensure smooth delivery. The role also includes assisting with events and webinars, analysing performance data, and providing ad hoc marketing support where required.
- Support the Senior Marketing Executive across content creation, campaign delivery, reporting, and internal communications
- Assist with multi-channel campaign execution and marketing processes
- Produce engaging written content across digital platforms
- Support events, webinars, and wider marketing activity
- Analyse marketing performance and provide ad hoc support where required
- Write, build, and schedule email campaigns for acquisition and retention
- Create content for social media, blogs, and website pages
- Update and manage website content via WordPress while maintaining brand consistency
- Apply basic SEO practices including meta descriptions, alt tags, and keyword placement
- Support social media scheduling using Canva or Adobe tools
- Track campaign performance across social, email, and website analytics
- Assist with reporting dashboards and internal communications
- Coordinate event and webinar logistics, materials, and follow ups
- Prepare data lists and conduct research to support campaigns
The person specification
- Degree in marketing or equivalent qualification
- Proven B2B marketing experience
- Strong content writing skills across multiple channels
- Experience with WordPress and email marketing platforms
- Confident using Canva or Adobe Creative tools
- Strong organisation and ability to manage deadlines
- Comfortable analysing marketing data and reporting
- Awareness of PPC and CRM systems
- Proactive, creative mindset with a willingness to learn and develop
