- Role Purpose
- Lead enterprise-wide technology strategy and architecture for Customer by aligning business objectives with IT capabilities.
- Drive infrastructure transformation, modernization while ensuring scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define Infra architecture strategy
- Develop Infrastructure and security architecture.
- Create target-state architecture and transformation roadmaps
- Establish architecture, governance and standards
- Review technology solutions and ensure alignment with Infrastructre principles
- Provide technical leadership during pre-sales and client engagements.
- Collaborate with Delivery, Infrastructure, Security and Cross Functions Teams
- Technical Skills
- 15+ years in Infrastructure architecture and technical leadership roles
- Experience in on-prem platform architecture (VMware, private cloud, Kubernetes) with HA/ DR/ Security
- Strong experience in migrating workloads from on-prem to Cloud
- Hands-on expertise in ITSM integration (Valuemation, Service Now)
- Knowledge of Ia C - Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible) for automation\/orchestration
- Ability to embed governance, approvals, and cost controls into workflows
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder engagement skills
