SiteSmart is expanding and we’re looking for experienced Timber Frame Erectors to join our growing team. If you take pride in precision, work safely at height, and enjoy seeing a structure come together from the ground up, we want to hear from you.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for the safe and accurate erection of timber frame structures on residential and/or commercial projects. Working alongside a skilled site team, you’ll ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Erect and install timber frame panels, floor cassettes, and roof structures
- Interpret drawings and technical plans
- Work safely at height and follow all site procedures
- Operate telehandlers and lifting equipment (where licensed)
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and site professionalism
- Collaborate effectively with site managers and other trades
Requirements:
- Proven experience in timber frame erection
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings
- Valid CSCS card (required)
- Telehandler licence (advantageous)
- Strong understanding of site health & safety
- Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented attitude
