About the Company: Are you a talented Product Manager with experience in payments or FinTech? A rapidly growing FinTech scale-up is seeking a (Senior) Product Manager to lead their payments platform. This innovative company provides a B2B SaaS cash management platform that helps businesses and high-net-worth individuals optimise their cash holdings. Bootstrapped and thriving, the organisation has expanded from 40 to 150 employees in just 18 months and currently manages over $6bn in assets under administration.

About the Role: As the (Senior) Product Manager for Payments, you will take end-to-end ownership of the payments platform. This involves:

  1. Leading the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and adoption.
  2. Ensuring alignment with the company’s broader business strategy.
  3. Collaborating closely with product and engineering leadership.
  4. Managing a team of engineers and a product owner to enhance their complex suite of payment products.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. 5 years of product management experience (flexible on level).
  2. Background in payments is essential – ideally Banking as a Service.
  3. Proven expertise in B2B SaaS, ideally within start-up or scale-up environments.
