We’re recruiting for an Industry Sales Lead to join a globally recognised Microsoft Dynamics partner that has been driving digital transformations for over 30 years. Operating in over 80 countries, they specialise in providing cutting-edge solutions to professional services organisations, including legal, accountancy, engineering, IT, and consulting firms. Leveraging tools like Dynamics 365, the Power Platform, and AI, this company empowers businesses to streamline operations, unlock new efficiencies, and make smarter decisions.
The Role
As an Industry Sales Lead, you will play a pivotal role in helping professional services organisations achieve their digital transformation goals. Reporting to the Sales Director, your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with senior enterprise leaders to uncover challenges and deliver strategic, high-value Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
- Leading large-scale initiatives such as international rollouts, fresh implementations, and full digital transformations—not just upgrades or small projects.
- Managing complex sales cycles, building strong relationships, and closing enterprise-level deals.
- Collaborating with internal teams and Microsoft contacts to develop proposals, deliver demos, and secure funding for initiatives.
