About the Account Executive role…
You will be working with hotel owners across a number of territories in Europe and the UK, building awareness about how our products can benefit their property. You will have the chance to learn about the challenges that accommodation providers face, and offer a solution that will bring value to their day-to-day and bottom line. Joining SiteMinder as the leader in dynamic hotel revenue management, you will be at the forefront of innovation in the sector.
We won\’t throw you into the deep end – you\’ll be trained on our products, industry and sales processes. We have a month-long sales training and onboarding program to make sure you are set up for success. You will be supported by a dedicated sales coach and a buddy, as well as your team leader, who will coach and motivate you to achieve your professional goals.
What you\’ll do:

Client acquisition -Creating new opportunities and upselling current customers.

Achieving sales KPIs and targets – finalising all sales in a timely manner. Identify upgrade opportunities with existing client base and generate new sales from these organisations.

Presentation and negotiation – Prepare accurate quotes and develop and present proposals to clients in a professional and confident manner. Negotiate contracts as required, maintaining a balance between optimal service and value for the client and SiteMinder\’s profit margins.

CRM maintenance – Maintain accurate records of your business development activities on SiteMinder\’s CRM system. Ensure all documentation is complete post sales to set up trials and to move the client to a subscription.

Client feedback – Provide client feedback on products to the Product Team so that products can be reviewed in line with the feedback.
What we need from you:

Minimum 12 months of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales experience

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

A confident phone presence, fearlessness in leading meetings with prospects, and great listening skills

Strong verbal skills to communicate professionally with customers, in writing and over the phone

Self-motivation and resilience to show up each day and give your best
