Employment:

  • Salary: OTE Remuneration: £41,250 to £60,500 (incl. Pension)
  • Base Salary: £27,500 to £38,500
  • Commission: £13,750 to £22,000

Day-to-Day:

  • You will be qualifying and routing inbound leads through two channels; self service & inside sales
  • You’ll be spending most of your time with prospects across phone calls, emails and live chat on our website, as well as internal tools like Slack and Salesforce.
  • Your quota is measured by the number of demonstrations booked and completed at the subsequent stage of the process.

Challenges:

  • Learning about the built world if you haven’t had any exposure to it - there are a lot of different types of companies and plenty of new terminologies to learn.
  • Up-skilling your call/phone and email skills - although we have plenty of examples for you to learn from during your onboarding.
  • Understanding SaaS financial acronyms and common terminology - if you have not worked in a SaaS company before, there is going to be a lot of metrics to learn.

  • Experience conducting customer meetings digitally (e.g. Zoom/Teams) and/or physically (in person/face to face with customers).
  • Patience working in an industry where not all users are tech-savvy.
