Are you passionate about delivering excellent Customer Service, or just simply want to try a new opportunity? Then we want to hear from you!

Our family friendly working hours range between 8:00-18:00 Monday to Friday. Saturday working between 8:00-14:00 once every 4 weeks (No late nights or Sundays). We are looking for both new and experienced customer service advisors to join our growing team at Foundever Maxim on a full time permanent contract (ONSITE).

The Role

What we need from you in order to be successful:

  • A willingness to learn new skills
  • Be resilient when dealing with more challenging customers, but polite at the same time
  • Talking is your thing, enjoy building rapport with people
  • A willingness to work with customers and solve their problems
  • Previous utilities experience (desirable but not essential)
