- Salary: £23,809.50 per annum, paid monthly
- Working Hours: Saturday and Sunday, 08:30 to 23:00 (rotational shifts)

What will I be doing?
As a Customer Service Representative with Foundever®, you’ll provide exceptional customer support for our clients. Primarily supporting one of our gift card provider clients by helping customers with their balance enquiries by telephone in the French language; you may also support other clients as required. With our comprehensive training behind you, you’ll handle each interaction with professionalism, empathy and efficiency, always aiming for first-contact resolution and an outstanding customer experience.
What skills and experience will I need to succeed?
- Experience: Previous customer service experience, ideally within a contact centre
- Language: Fluent in both French and English (oral, listening, and written/reading)
- Customer-Obsessed: Understanding, empathetic and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience every time
- Communication Skills: Impeccable oral and written communication skills, with the ability to actively listen to customers
