What You’ll Do
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound/outbound calls and emails in a fast‑paced contact centre environment. You’ll provide support, guidance, and solutions, ensuring that every customer receives a positive and efficient experience.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by handling a variety of inbound queries.
