Job Summary

We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish and English) representative to deliver world-class customer support and build customer satisfaction.

Main Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • High School Diploma
  • Be located in Barranquilla or nearby
  • Be able to work on-site
  • Colombian Citizenship or work permit

Skill Required

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written & verbal communication skills (English). Ability to communicate effectively & clearly. Communicates effectively positively and diplomatically.
  • Customer Service Skills: Ability to empathize with the customer. Ability to build and gain the customer's trust by listening & understanding, and where possible, exceeding their needs.
  • Technical Skills: Basic PC knowledge. Ability to multitask. Skilled in accurate data entry.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Answer Incoming Calls to customer service Lines.
  • Provide a high level of professional and competent service assistance.
  • Successfully complete and approve training and quality requirements.
