Overview
As a Sales Coach at Foundever, our people are your customers. You’ll support one of our global software clients, Intuit Quickbooks, a leading accounting software platform used by small business owners and accountants across the globe. Your role will be to ensure sales lead generation is being driven, and that our Experts are equipped with the resources they need to succeed while delivering an unrivaled customer experience to those using the Quickbooks product.
We advocate a People First approach throughout our business with customer experience as our area of expertise. You’ll become an integral role-model and resource for our team, delivering assistance, knowledge, insight and client product updates to our frontline Experts, and will be responsible for leading team meetings, conducting call monitoring and coaching, managing incentives, and certification.

About You
It’s important that you are an experienced sales professional and have demonstrable experience in driving performance within a contact centre environment. You’ll have strong leadership capabilities and a hunger to immerse yourself with our client’s products to become an ambassador for what they do.
It is essential that you have passion for people and sales in order to create an environment for success. Impeccable time management skills and attention to detail are also key to do well in this role.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Drive sales lead generation and ensure client sales metrics are met
- Conduct live call monitoring and listening, and coach Experts to reach their full potential.
- Deliver assistance, knowledge, and product updates to our frontline Experts.
- Manage campaign incentives to reward strong performance.
- Ensure leads are logged correctly in our client’s CRM system.
- Assist in learning and development activities to support the onboarding of new hires and upskilling of existing Experts, including Sales Certification.
- Attend weekly business reviews (WBRs) with our client, including presenting where appropriate.
Your Profile and Experience
- Sales Expert: Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a sales coach/supervisory or similar role, within a contact centre environment
- Performance Leader: Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to drive sales and influence individuals effectively
- Coach: Demonstrable experience in coaching others, providing insights, feedback and assistance
- Communication Skills: Impeccable written and oral skills, adapting your style as necessary
- Time Management: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines consistently
- Presentation: Ability to deliver insights and updates effectively and concisely
- Motivated: Self-motivated, articulate and enthusiastic
- Handling: Strong relationship building skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Background: No unspent criminal convictions or sanctions
- Accounting Software: Experience working with accounting software is desirable
