As a Business Development Representative with Foundever and Constant Contact, you’ll play a key role in generating new business opportunities for our Client. Supporting one of our global email marketing clients, your job will be to engage with prospects and convert them into real opportunities before handing over to a specialist Account Executive.

About You
It’s important that you are a highly-driven individual with a ‘go-getter’ attitude and an ability to bounce back quickly from potential setbacks or challenges. You’ll thrive working under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, while being able to stay organized and balance multiple priorities. Crucially, you’ll have a natural hunger to immerse yourself with our Client’s service to become an ambassador for what they do.
It is essential that you have passion for sales and business development alongside a naturally curious and coachable mindset. To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be an excellent communicator with the ability to persuade others. Impeccable time management skills are also key for this role.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Engage with targeted prospects and convert marketing-qualified leads into sales-ready opportunities.
- Persuade potential Clients by clearly articulating the value of our Client’s online marketing platform.
- Schedule platform demos with Client Account Executives and potential Clients.
- Track and monitor lead activity in Salesforce CRM.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of potential Clients for effective follow-up conversations.
- Collaborate with Client management to refine and improve on existing systems and processes.
Your Profile and Experience
Go-Getter: Experience working in a sales, business development or marketing environment is strongly desired
Effective Communicator: Impeccable oral and written skills with the ability to be persuasive, adapting your style as necessary
Naturally Curious: Foundational understanding of general business concepts, especially around sales and marketing, with a hunger to learn and grow
Tech-Savvy: Ability to quickly master new software and/or technologies
Time Management: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines consistently
Motivated: Self-motivated, articulate and enthusiastic
Handling: Strong relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders
