Foundever® is seeking a Real-Time Analyst to support a major fintech client from our Kingston upon Thames site. You will monitor live call volumes, optimize schedules and maintain shifts, leave, overtime, and swaps in line with policy. You will actively monitor adherence, forecast demand, and collaborate with scheduling teams to deliver innovative solutions that keep service levels high.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills and familiarity with IEX (Nice), Verit, and Blue.
