What will I be doing?
As a Customer Service Representative with Foundever®, you will be the face of our banking client’s brand, using your exceptional customer service and Spanish language skills to foster meaningful, personalised connections with their financial services customers. You will effectively use your excellent customer service skills to provide friendly and knowledgeable advice to support our client’s corporate cardholders within Europe, via phone and email. We work in a fast‑paced environment where dedication and flexibility matter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support corporate cardholders within Europe via phone and email within given timescales, efficiently and effectively whilst liaising with client back‑office contacts
- Provide a single ‘window’ and act as a representative for the company, providing first‑class support and acting as a point of escalation in the resolution of cardholder enquiries
- Translate customer enquiries to, and from, English and Spanish to enable our client to assist their customers
- Develop and maintain a full knowledge of client products and services
- Recognise when a problem or query should be transferred to another department or a more senior member of staff
- Deal with all correspondence as requested/required
- Log all calls and contacts accurately and in line with client procedure
What skills and experience will I need to succeed?
