Foundever® is seeking a Real-Time Analyst to support a major fintech client from Kingston upon Thames.
You will monitor scheduling, analyse call volume and adapt agent shifts to ensure service levels, adherence and efficient staff utilisation.
The role includes onboarding groups into scheduling, maintaining annual leave, overtime and shift swaps, and collaborating with the Operations and Scheduling teams to deliver innovative, compliant WFM solutions.
