The predicted salary is between 25837 - 25837 £ per year.
Basic Salary: £25,837.50 per annum, plus uncapped commission!
Commission: Earn up to £1,400 per month!
Location: Kingston upon Thames, KT2 6LZ(hybrid working option available post-probation)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30 (no weekends!)
Contract Duration: Permanent, full-time(37.5 hours per week)
Training: 2 weeks (fully paid)

What will I be doing?
As a Direct Sales Advisor with Foundever® and Constant Contact, you’ll be the driving force behind helping small businesses across the country thrive. Day-to-day, you’ll:
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospects, turning warm leads into happy, paying customers
- Inspire and coach small business owners, showing them how Constant Contact’s powerful, ever-growing suite of email marketing tools can transform their growth
- Conduct thoughtful needs analysis conversations to truly understand each prospect’s marketing challenges and goals
- Recommend the perfect solutions tailored to their business and confidently close new sales every single day
You’ll spend your days on the phone empowering entrepreneurs, solving real problems with best‑in‑class online marketing tools, and celebrating your wins as you earn uncapped commission, all while enjoying the buzz of a start‑up atmosphere backed by the stability of a global organisation.
