Siteimprove helps organizations build inclusive, compliant digital experiences across digital content, reducing legal risk while improving customer experience for everyone. Accessibility is becoming a board-level priority globally (e.g., WCAG-aligned regulations and the European Accessibility Act), and our customers need a partner who can help them move from reactive compliance to proactive governance and continuous improvement. We are hiring a Principal Product Manager to lead a major slice of our Accessibility pillar, owning a high-impact problem space end-to-end and raising the bar on product craft across the team.
What you will be doing:
- Own the product strategy for your domain: vision, bets, roadmap, results.
- Define and drive metrics (e.g., activation, retention, remediation throughput, issue recurrence, compliance readiness, customer retention influence).
- Make smart tradeoffs across customer value, time-to-impact, technical feasibility, and go-to-market leverage.
- Run continuous discovery with customers and users (accessibility leaders, developers, marketers, compliance teams).
- Use qualitative and quantitative insights to identify the highest-leverage problems.
- Write crisp problem definitions, success metrics, and decision documents; socialise them early and often.
- Deliver with excellence (with engineering and design).
- Partner tightly with Design and Engineering in a true trio model.
- Break big bets into shippable increments; deliver value continuously.
- Ensure solutions are usable, accessible, secure, and enterprise-ready.
- Drive cross-functional alignment.
- Align with GTM (Sales, CS, Marketing), Support, and Enablement to ensure successful launches and adoption.
- Build clear product narratives: positioning, value propositions, packaging implications, and customer-facing messaging.
- Influence executive and stakeholder decisions with data, clarity, and strong product judgment.
- Raise the bar for the organisation.
- Coach PMs and cross-functional peers on product craft: discovery habits, strategy clarity, writing, prioritisation, and decision-making.
- Establish reusable frameworks, templates, and operating cadence for your domain (PRDs, opportunity canvases, experiment plans, launch checklists).
What we will require of you:
- 8+ years in Product Management (or equivalent), with experience shipping B2B SaaS at scale.
- Strong product sense: you can turn ambiguity into clear problem statements, coherent strategies, and simple solutions.
- Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives with engineering and design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; you write documents people actually read.
- Comfort with data: you can define metrics, interpret funnels/cohorts, and combine data with qualitative insight.
- High ownership mindset: you act like a GM for your domain.
What we will love about you:
- Accessibility domain experience (WCAG, ADA, EAA), compliance workflows, or enterprise governance products.
- Experience building workflow products (triage, assign, fix, verify), and/or automation/AI-assisted systems.
- Integrations/platform experience (APIs, webhooks, partner ecosystems, CMS, design/dev toolchains).
- Experience influencing packaging/pricing or multi-product suites.
- Familiarity with regulated enterprise customers and security/compliance constraints.
In addition, we hope you will appreciate:
- Rest and relaxation: 25 days of annual leave plus 10 paid public holidays, giving you time to recharge, focus on your wellbeing, and take meaningful time away when you need it.
- Comprehensive benefits: Private Medical Insurance, enhanced family leave and Step Back-In programme, wellbeing support through Canada Life (including 24/7 GP access, mental health services, fitness and wellbeing programmes), life assurance, and travel-to-work reimbursement supporting you and your family at every stage.
- Prepare for the future: Aviva workplace pension with employer contributions, helping you plan confidently for your long-term financial wellbeing.
