At Siteimprove, operational excellence is central to enabling our partner ecosystem and driving revenue growth across global teams. We are passionate about helping organisations build scalable, high-performing partner operations, and we are looking for a Principal Partner Operations Manager who shares that passion. In this senior, cross-functional role, you will lead and optimise internal processes that support Partner Operations, Customer Success (CS), and Sales Operations. You will drive strategic initiatives that improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and establish operating cadence for global partner teams and the EMEA sales organisation.

You will own partner technology platforms (Crossbeam, ChannelScaler), collaborate with Salesforce teams to implement partner-related workflows (deal registration, attribution, lead routing), and ensure smooth execution of partner, sales, and CS processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on translating complex business challenges into operational solutions, enjoys collaborating across teams, and is motivated by enabling global scale in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

At Siteimprove, operational excellence is more than just a function; it’s a core value. We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive. If you are excited about this role but don’t meet every single qualification, we still encourage you to apply.

What you will be doing

  • Own and optimise partner technology platforms (Crossbeam, ChannelScaler) to support attribution, lead routing, and deal registration workflows.
  • Collaborate with the Salesforce team to design and implement partner-related workflows and automation.
  • Partner with RevOps to ensure accurate partner-driven pipeline and revenue reporting.
  • Develop, maintain, and deliver scalable partner enablement programmes, including both self-service and instructor-led content.
  • Lead onboarding and readiness for new partners across Siteimprove’s ecosystem, including Digital Agencies, Solution Partners, and Technology Partners.
  • Track and measure partner engagement across enablement initiatives certifications, platform usage, and advanced specialisations.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for partner-related support or process issues, collaborating with Customer Support and other internal teams.
  • Share partner feedback, best practices, and platform insights to inform the ongoing evolution of the partner experience.
  • Drive the operating cadence for the EMEA sales team, including forecast calls, deal reviews, and AE daily stand-ups.
  • Support pipeline hygiene, reporting, and process improvements for EMEA sales leadership.
  • Provide operational support for Customer Success teams to ensure alignment with revenue goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Partner Management, and RevOps to align operational priorities.
  • Share insights and feedback to influence strategic decisions and improve efficiency across teams.
  • Lead change management initiatives to drive adoption of new tools and processes globally.
  • Ensure partner enablement materials are aligned with product capabilities and roadmap.

What we will require of you

  • 5-7 years of combined experience in SaaS, with hands-on experience in Partner Operations, Sales Operations, or Revenue/Business Operations.
  • Experience with Salesforce and partner technology platforms (Crossbeam, ChannelScaler).
  • Strong understanding of sales operating cadences, including forecasting and pipeline reviews.
  • Proven ability to manage global programmes and collaborate across regions.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting (Excel, Salesforce dashboards, or BI tools).
  • Willingness to travel as required.

What we will love about you

  • Experience working in or with partner ecosystems across CMS, DXP, Accessibility, Marketing Automation, SEO, Commerce, or Digital Analytics.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align product capabilities to partner and revenue objectives.
  • Collaborative and solutions-oriented, with a passion for delivering inclusive digital experiences.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, CRMs, or partner management platforms.
  • Background in channel programmes and partner attribution models.
  • Experience supporting partner, sales, and Customer Success teams in a global organisation.
  • Knowledge of workflow automation tools and process optimisation best practices.

In addition, we hope you will appreciate:

  • 25 days of annual leave plus 10 paid public holidays, giving you time to recharge, focus on your wellbeing, and take meaningful time away when you need it.
  • Private Medical Insurance, enhanced family leave and Step Back-In programme, wellbeing support through Canada Life (including 24/7 GP access, mental health services, fitness and wellbeing programmes), life assurance, and travel-to-work reimbursement supporting you and your family at every stage.
  • Aviva workplace pension with employer contributions, helping you plan confidently for your long-term financial wellbeing.
