About the Role: The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role at Sitecore is a key position within our sales organization that will give you the knowledge, skills, and foundation for a long, successful career in technology. In this role, you will support Sitecore\’s growth strategy. It is an opportunity to use your skills to help shape our future as leaders in the Digital Experience Marketing space. You will play an essential role in creating market awareness, identifying prospective customers, qualifying leads, and generating new business. We seek ambitious, results-driven team players. Part of this opportunity includes attending our Sitecore Academy, a program focused on enabling future all-star sellers within our organization. What You Will Do: Manage inbound lead flow as well as execute outbound prospecting initiatives. Execute targeted outbound campaigns to identify new contacts, establish need and fit, and arrange product introductions. Partner with the Sales team to build a quality pipeline. Stay engaged with prospects and nurture your deals. Act as an ambassador and advocate for Sitecore, sharing your passion and knowledge with customers and prospects. Arrange discovery calls and well-qualified product demonstrations for the Field Sales and Pre-Sales teams. What You Need to Succeed: Positive and energetic communication skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills. Genuinely curious, self-motivated, creative, results-driven, solution-oriented, and driven to succeed. Comfortable making cold calls. Thrive in a metrics-driven organization. Ability to analyze industry trends and craft relevant messaging. Curious personality with a desire to grow a long-term career in enterprise sales. Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart: Outbound and lead generation experience in a B2B environment. Passionate about technology and its societal impact, selling technology and redefining markets. Previous tech industry or sales development experience, including tele-marketing.
