About the Role: This Product Marketing Manager reports to the VP of Product Marketing and plays a key role in defining how our data asset management and content operations solutions are positioned in the market, bridging the gap between product management, sales, and customers. This individual will be responsible for translating technical features into compelling value-based positioning, helping the organization connect with its target audiences, and driving go-to-market activities that support product adoption and revenue growth. What You’ll Do: Strategic Responsibilities (40-50%) Product Category Knowledge – You must possess a strong understanding of both your product category and the buyer persona to ensure you can provide actionable insights and strategic recommendation to the product, marketing, and sales teams to define and drive GTM strategy for your product ensuring alignment with company goals Market Intelligence – Collaborate closely with Market Intelligence and Sales teams to deeply understand our market (TAM, SAM, industries) and your functional product area identifying trends and signals allowing you to develop a strong POV from which you can present insights and provide strategic recommendations. Customer Intelligence – Maintain an intimate understanding of the buyer persona & journey by conducting IDIs with buyers, collaborating with sales during the deal cycle, and understating and gathering of inputs for the purpose of building a persona aware AI. Insights gathered should lead to strategic recommendation and execution of assets to support the improvement of demand generation, lead progression, and win rate. Strategic Roadmap – Influence Partner with PMM Leadership and Product Management to shape and articulate the product roadmap based on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback. Provide data-driven recommendations on feature prioritization and innovation opportunities. Product/Feature Launch Strategy – Align with PMM and PM leadership on seasonal and ad hoc launches providing strategic input and recommendation on how to best position for market awareness and customer adoption. Provide guidance and strategic direction to the release marketing team Enablement Strategy – Collaborate with PMM leadership and Enablement to develop programs ensuring sales teams have the knowledge, tools, and materials to effectively communicate our value. Build continuous feedback loop. Ensure both the company and other customer facing teams are also enabled on the product and product related campaigns. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure alignment on roadmap, GTM execution, and customer engagement. Tactical Responsibilities (50-60%) Positioning & Messaging Using the Sitecore product positioning framework you clearly articulate our value proposition and differentiation for your product line. Leverage Sales (SDRs, AE, AMs), customers, AI to test and ensure positioning is clear, authentic, simple and tested. Your positioning framework provides the foundation for all creative messaging . You continuously refine based on audience feedback. Your goal ultimately is to enable the company to speak with one voice. Strategic Roadmap Articulation – Partnering PMM and PM leadership you assist with the creation and articulation of the visionary roadmap, including but not limited to working with leadership on presentations and demos. Demo Development & Delivery – Collaborating closely with iDXP and CMS PMM leadership to create a single compelling and value-based demo story. Content Development – Create as well as oversee the development of compelling internal and external content, including sales pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, blog posts, demo & tutorial videos, and webinars that support the sales cycle. Additionally responsible for ensuring all assets are updated on a regular schedule based on customer and seller feedback. Sales Enablement Execution – Deliver and assist with training sessions around the value of our products, discovery questions, and objection-handling to empower the sales team. Seasonal and Ad Hoc Launch Execution – Supports Senior PMM responsible for seasonal launches while also collaborating PMs on the product lifecycle development including but not limited to product naming, early access customer interactions, development of value based positioning and visual necessary to support all release marketing activities. Campaign Support – Using your positioning document as the foundation work with demand generation teams to create messaging and assets for targeted campaigns ensuring a steel thread throughout a campaign to drive awareness, engagement and conversion. (Close collaboration with Partner PMM – on work with Microsoft) Quarterly Business Reviews – Responsible for quarterly reporting to leadership team on product marketing performance for your product line. Performance Measurement – Track key metrics (e.g., adoption, deal flow progression, win rates) to measure effectiveness and refine strategies. What You Need to Succeed: Experience 5+ years in product marketing within a B2B SaaS environment, preferably in marketing technologies. Specific experience with data asset management and content operations solutions is a plus. Strong background in GTM strategy, sales enablement, pricing. Product Influence – Experience working closely with Product teams to translate market insights into roadmap decisions. Execution Skills – Ability to move seamlessly between strategy and execution, with strong project management capabilities. Collaboration – Proven experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams. Communication – Excellent storytelling and messaging skills, with experience creating high-impact sales and marketing materials.
